Sean O’Carroll works to serve the needs of retail real estate property owners, investors and retailers. Sean works exclusively with Tenants such as Sprouts Farmers Market, Toys R Us, Verizon Wireless, Borders Books & Music, Panera Bread and Wells Fargo Bank amongst others in formulating expansion strategies in the greater Bay Area and Northern California. In addition he leases community and neighborhood centers performing ground up and in fill leasing and remerchandising assignments. His area of expertise spans the regional retail markets of Northern California. In addition to his tenant rep assignments Sean has negotiated leases with retailers such as Safeway, REI, Michaels, AT&T, Chase Bank, Taco Bell and many other national and regional chain tenants and restaurants.
Sean O’Carroll has over 20 years experience specializing in retail leasing and sales. He has developed extensive contacts throughout the Northern California retail community with both landlords and tenants. Sean is a Bay Area native and attended San Jose State University where he played football and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business.
