PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Matt has been a member of the Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank retail team since 2006. Prior to joining C&C, Matt worked with CenterPoint Properties in Pleasanton, where he focused on the assemblage, entitlement and acquisition of land for new shopping center development.
While attending the University of California at Davis, Matt interned with CM Realty, a commercial brokerage company located in Pleasanton, California.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area market and his experience working in the retail development industry has allowed him to address the needs of both tenants and landlords.
