Professional Background
Kyle joined Cornish & Carey in 2009 as a member of the Asset Advisors group headed by Erik Doyle, Sean Fulp and Brad Zampa. In this role, Kyle works with both the C&C Investment Services group and C&C Capital, specializing in the disposition of distressed assets and liquidity-driven sales to institutional clients. With C&C Capital, Kyle also specializes in all types of debt and equity placement.
Kyle’s past experience includes Analyst positions at NorthStar Realty Finance and Antonio Development in New York, as well as an internship position with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in San Diego.
Education
Kyle holds a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, where he served as President of the Inter-Fraternity Council and was a Student Body Presidential candidate. While at Stanford, Kyle oversaw the planning, construction and decoration for a $3 million fraternity house renovation project, the largest of its kind in Stanford’s history. He continues to maintain close ties to Stanford, serving on the leadership committee for Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) and on the Alumni Board for the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Personal
A native of San Diego, Kyle enjoys traveling, cooking and a variety of sports including tennis, volleyball, golf, basketball and snowboarding. He has extensive experience in academic tutoring and standardized test preparation, having tutored students for the SAT, ACT, and GMAT exams. Kyle is a Young Leader Member of the Urban Land Institute and lives in the Marina district of San Francisco.
