Kelli is a Sales Associate in the Roseville office of Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in retail leasing and sales.
Prior to joining Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank, Kelli had a successful nine-year career as the founder and CEO of two tanning salons in South Placer County in which she negotiated her own leases.
Being a former retailer, Kelli is particularly adept at identifying sites and understanding the synergy of a successful “tenant-mix” in retail centers. Kelli’s nine year retail background and her organizational skills make her an effective and invaluable team member on listings and tenant rep assignments. She is currently involved in a number of prominent retail developments throughout Northern California.
Kelli is a long-time resident of the Sacramento area and attended Bella Vista High School and American River College.
