Jennifer Doherty joined the Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank team in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant supporting brokers in the office and R&D leasing. In August 2000 Jennifer joined the leading Retail Team specializing in the San Francisco and the Bay Area. In June of 2002 Jennifer received her Real Estate License.
Jennifer’s responsibilities include:
• Research & Solicitation of Tenants
• Management of project leasing reports for shopping center development
• Trade Area research
• Preparation and Design of Marketing Materials
• Mapping and Competition Studies
• Tenant Tours and Site Evaluation
• Negotiation of letters of intent
Jennifer is strengthening her working relationships while working with current tenants such, Jo-Ann’s Fabric, Party America, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Jennifer is currently working on projects such as Pacific Commons- Fremont, Marina University Villages, Marina, Rivermark Village – Santa Clara, Charleston Plaza, Mountain View, Warm Springs Plaza- Fremont and Emerald Place, Dublin.
