Sean Fulp CCIM, SIOR

Professional Background
As Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey Commercial Capital Group, Sean dedicates himself to clients seeking to acquire, sell and trade investment properties and nonperforming assets. Sean is also responsible for the firm’s Special Advisory Services division where he assists lenders and owners with maximizing the value of their underperforming and/or nonperforming assets. He has successfully represented companies such as Hartford Investment Management Company, Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LNR, Midland Loan Servicing, Bank of the West, Cathay Bank, A&B Properties, and KBS Realty Advisors.

Sean joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in 2004 and has since been a Top Performer. Between 2006 and 2009, Sean ranked in the Sacramento and Roseville offices’ Top 10, and also placed in the Top 20 companywide, in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Since joining the company, he has completed over 250 transactions with more than a billion dollars in total consideration.

Sean began his career in the commercial real estate industry as a property manager handling retail, office, and industrial properties. He then joined Cornish & Carey Commercial as an office leasing specialist handling both landlord and tenant representation assignments. Sean’s experience as both a property manager and leasing agent serves as a strong foundation for his investment sales work, allowing him to provide a comprehensive perspective to clients and successfully negotiate on their behalf.

Sean is also an active member of the following organizations:

• Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)

Education
Sean earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento, while he simultaneously pursued and graduated from the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA). During this time, Sean was also the starting scrumhalf for the 2000 Collegiate Division II National Rugby Champions.
