Cece Vohs Cimino has been a retail specialist in the East Bay for 22 years, concentrating the majority of her work on shopping center developments and leasing, retail tenant representation, and disposition of surplus properties for major retailers.
She brokered Plaza Escuela, an approximately 164,000 square foot, regional shopping center in the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek, the East Bay's premier retail hub. She also successfully marketed the Shops at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, anchored by Target, Borders Books & Music and Whole Foods. Geographically, her focus is in the East Bay representing a variety of neighborhood regional power centers in Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano and Sonoma Counties.
Cece specializes in major tenant representation and site selection services for many prominent retail tenants including Border’s Books and Music, YogaWorks, Aerosoles, Wells Fargo Bank, and Walgreens.
She is also involved in disposition work for many financial institutions and national retailers including Wells Fargo Bank, Washington Mutual, Bank of America and Best Products.
Restaurants are another area of focus having worked on many deals including Cheesecake Factory, Chipotle, Applebee’s, Ruth Chris, Starbuck’s, Baja Fresh, Peet’s Coffee, Panera Bread, Jamba Juice and Yogurtland.
Cece earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley.
She lives in Lafayette with her husband and two daughters.
