Ben Bullock

Professional Background
Ben Bullock, who joined Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey Commercial Capital Group in 2010, is responsible for overseeing all facets of the day-to-day analytics as well as assisting with commercial mortgage brokerage services for the Capital Group. Ben works across the Capital Group’s three primary business lines of Investment Sales, Asset Advisory and Debt/Equity Placement, while specializing in financing.

Previously, Ben worked as an analyst at Eastdil Secured on the real estate investment banking team where he participated in approximately $4 Billion in total closed transaction volume including initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, and institutional investment sales. While at Eastdil Secured, Ben was responsible for the following:

• Developing financial models to evaluate strategic alternatives including joint ventures, equity investments, capital raising, refinancings, and asset sales.
  
• Assessing property value through extensive lease review and market analysis while utilizing multiple valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow, net asset value, dividend discount, accretion/dilution and comparable company / transaction analyses.

Ben is ARGUS software certified, a licensed California real estate salesperson and a member of the following real estate organizations:

• NAIOP - SF Chapter
• Belden Club
• CREFC
  

Education
Ben graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Business Administration.
