Suzanne Ganser is a Sales Associate specializing in retail services in the Pleasanton office of Cornish & Carey Commercial. She comes to Cornish & Carey with over 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and has represented some of the country’s largest and most influential companies, including Del Monte Foods, PLM International, and Fujitsu America. In addition, Suzanne has represented some of the Bay Area’s most prestigious developments, including Golden Gateway Center, Mountain Bay Plaza, and Rincon Center. Suzanne consulted for Irwin Home Equity regarding the restructuring of their lease for their headquarters location in San Ramon. She guided them through the process of consolidating from 250,000 square feet to approximately 180,000 square feet, and renegotiated their existing lease commitment to reflect an annual savings of over $3.5 million dollars. With the support of Cornish & Carey Commercial’s Retail Services Group, Suzanne provides a multitude of services including project leasing, retailer representation, and site selection in the Greater Bay Area. Suzanne has a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Suzanne lives in Pleasanton with her husband and three children. She is active in St. Augustine Church and Pleasanton’s elementary and middle schools. She is an officer in the Livermore-Pleasanton Elks Lodge, a charitable organization. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf. |
