Lindy Spieker joined the Cornish & Carey Commercial Retail department in March 2005 after she worked at GAP corporate in San Francisco. Her prior experience in retail and planning have enabled Lindy to quickly become an essential member of the Cornish & Carey Retail team. Lindy focuses on full service Tenant and Landlord representation for commercial and retail real estate properties throughout Northern California.
Lindy’s areas of concentration and skill include:
- Development of effective marketing materials for use with retailers and landlords.
- Negotiation of letters of intent.
- Solicitation of tenant prospects, tenant qualifying and business plan analysis.
- Comprehensive market knowledge and site research.
- In depth documentation and follow-up procedures for leasing activity.
- Preparation and implementation of leasing strategies for shopping center development.

Professional Affiliations
Lindy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the shopping center industry. She holds a real estate broker’s license in good standing with the state of California.
Education / Personal
Lindy graduated from UC Berkeley in May, 2004 with a degree in American Studies and lettered for four years as a member of the women’s water polo team. Lindy lives in San Francisco where she swims and plays water polo for the Olympic Club.
