PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lauren Levy began her business career in the media sector as a research executive assistant for Thomas Weisel Partners, LLC. At Thomas Weisel Partners, Lauren was responsible for the research of over 30 companies in the media sector by assessing company’s current initiatives in such areas as advertising, sales, and operating trends.

Lauren then moved to Equity Office Properties in Santa Monica where she worked as a leasing assistant. At EOP Lauren contributed to over a million rentable square feet leased in 2005, exceeding the team’s goal by approximately 50% through conducting successful office space tours, assisting in lease negotiations of numerous transactions, and building relationships with clients.

In 2006, Lauren joined Cornish and Carey as a Sales Associate in the retail department responsible for meeting the needs of Tenants and Landlords in the San Francisco Bay Area.

EDUCATION
Ms. Levy received her BA in psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
