PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Julie Taylor works exclusively to serve the needs of retail real estate property owners, investors, and retailers. Ms. Taylor leases regional and specialty centers throughout the Bay Area, performing ground up and in fill leasing, and remerchandising assignments. She is known for her creative leasing strategies and her ability to identify unique specialty merchants. She requirements of chain store retailers throughout Northern California. Her area of expertise spans the regional retail markets of greater Northern California and covers all of San Francisco. In San Francisco, she is highly active in the Union Square trade area, leasing flagship properties.
Julie Taylor joined Cornish & Carey in 2006, Ms. Taylor brought seventeen years of experience in the Northern California retail commercial brokerage marketplace. Previously she held senior positions at GVA Whitney Cressman, Terranomics and Epsteen & Associates in San Francisco. She has had responsibility for leasing numerous Bay Area retail projects as well as Union Square luxury retail properties.
