Gwen has over 22 years of experience in real estate marketing and specializes in retail brokerage services, representing both Landlords and Tenants in the greater Bay Area. She currently represents over 1.2 million square feet of retail space in a variety of specialty, neighborhood, community and power centers, as well as ground-up development sites. In both the Landlord and Tenant arenas, her geographic focus is the East Bay including Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties.
Her professionalism and thoroughness have been rewarded via strong, long-term relationships and continued association with prominent landlords and developers, as well as tenant representation for several nationally recognized brands and retailers.
Gwen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
