Greg is a Senior Vice President and licensed Real Estate Broker with Cornish & Carey Commercial, specializing in representing retail/office tenants, landlords and developers. He also represents buyers and sellers of commercial land and investments. Greg started his commercial real estate career in 1978 with a local development company. Prior to joining Cornish & Carey Commercial in 2006, Greg had been with Colliers International for 16 years. Greg was the #1 retail broker for the Western Region in 2004. Greg has been an active member of the community including being a member of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Chapter of American Diabetes Association (ADA) and Business Actively Supporting Foundation (BASE). During his almost 30 years in the business, Greg has represented clients such as Lyon Real Estate, Bel Air, Rite Aid, Umpqua Bank, First American Title, Stewart Title, Met Life, Sprint/Nextel. Greg is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Born in San Antonio, Texas, Greg attended the University of California at Davis, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Greg has been married to Karen for over 23 years. They have three children, Anthony, Daniel and Jennifer. |
