Amber Sanchez is a Sales Associate with Cornish & Carey Commercial. Amber specializes in representing tenants, landlords, and developers in the leasing and sales of retail properties in the Tri Valley & Tri City areas. She comes to the company with over 6 years experience in the Residential Real Estate industry.

After working for small brokerage companies as a Senior Loan Agent Amber began working for Bay Area homebuilders such as KB Homes and Discovery Homes. Amber quickly moved into a Sales Manager position where through her tenacity and determination she was able to exceed all company sales expectations.

Ambers love for Real Estate and level of knowledge combined with her relationships with small local investors of retail centers led her to pursue her career in Commercial Real Estate.

Amber has a passion for travel and in her spare time enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, running and snowboarding. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is active in continuing her education in retail sales and leasing.
